Retirement Living

Aged Care Accommodation & Respite Care
Our History
Evergreen Life Care was established by the Directors of Gosford RSL Club and, due to these ties, was originally called Gosford RSL Leisure Living. In 1987, after many years of planning and development, Gosford RSL Leisure Living opened purpose built village accommodation in West Gosford. The site, known as Yallambee Village, offered club members, veterans and Central Coast community members relaxed independent retirement living within a welcoming and safe village environment. Shortly after, in the early 90s, Yallambee Lodge aged care facility was established next door, offering a complete suite of care and accommodation options for our community.
In 2012, Gosford RSL Leisure Living separated from the Gosford RSL and became Evergreen Life Care. Today, Evergreen Life Care is governed by a Board of Directors, which appoints a Chief Executive Officer who leads the Leadership Team.
