Chief Executive Officer
Kate is an experienced aged care executive with substantial experience in leading organisations through transformation & organisational change to achieve strategic goals and improve customer outcomes & business performance.
Her most recent role was at RSL LifeCare where she was the Executive General Manager Strategy & Transformation. Here she led a major transformation to enhance the resident and employee experience, improve quality and develop a future-looking model of care.
Previously to that, Kate held the position of Executive Director Strategy & Business Improvement at Dementia Australia where she led the unification of the different state and territory organisations to one national organisation.
Interim Facility Manager
Ann has over 30 years of experience in health, aged care and community services, in roles such as Director of Nursing, executive and national management positions.
Her focus has been on governance to ensure compliance and support a standard of care that is consistent with best practice. You will feel her passion for our customers! As a registered nurse Ann holds a Bachelor of Health Science, a Diploma in Project Management and Six Sigma certification, equipping her well for the challenges in our industry.
Corporate Services Manager
Roy brings more than 15 years of financial and operations management, auditing and system administration experience across various not for profit organisations which includes tertiary institution, private health insurance and aged care. His qualifications include Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Science with Bachelor of Business (BSc/BBus) in Information Technology and Accounting. Roy is a member of CPA Australia since 2011. His focus is to build an in-house finance team, and efficient and effective service delivery.
Elle joined Evergreen Life Care in July 2019 and brings more than 10 years experience supporting Senior Management.
Sarah joined Evergreen Life Care in 2006 after completing her Certificate III Aged Care Nursing. In 2008 Sarah became the Nurse Trainer and Trainee Supervisor. 13 years later Sarah has progressed through the ranks of Care Staff, Team Leader, educator, Quality Systems Coordinator and is now the HR Advisor.
Senior Customer Care Officer
Michelle Croft commenced as Customer Care Coordinator in June 2019, managing sales of retirement units and admissions to the residential aged care facility. Michelle has 10 years’ experience in Aged Care, and 5 years in not for profit organisations, in fund raising and service development.
Steve Kane has worked at Evergreen for 32 years as the Maintenance Manager. Steve and his maintenance team ensure that the Evergreen property is always looking its best.
Strategic Project Manager
Vicky is an experienced project manager, having delivered a range of projects in not-for-profit organisations for the last 15 years. She has worked in aged care for the last 6 years, proudly delivering the LASA award winning Relationship Base Care for the Whiddon Group, which sought to enhance choice and quality of life for residents in residential aged care. Prior to working within the aged care industry Vicky worked for ACON Health, and implemented a national federally funded program that upskilled the aged care workforce in delivering LGBTQI inclusive care. Originally from the UK Vicky has a degree in Hospitality Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling and worked as a frontline emergency paramedic for six years before moving to Australia.
