Evergreen Life Care was conceived by the directors of Gosford RSL Club and due to these ties, was originally called Gosford RSL Leisure Living.

In 1987, after many years of planning and development, Gosford RSL Leisure Living opened purpose built village accommodation at West Gosford on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Today, Yallambee Village provides independent living services for 149 Self Care Units.

Corona Virus Update
“As the spread of the Corona Virus increases, Evergreen would like to assure you that we are doing everything we can to protect our Community. Advice and recommendations from NSW Health and the Australian Government changes almost daily. We will continue to update our Community by providing individual communication, implementing and updating signage throughout both the Lodge and the Village. A situation such as this can be very stressful and sometimes daunting for everyone. We urge you to stay calm, stay hydrated and nourished, keep up good hand hygiene and keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourselves. Please also check on your loved ones and neighbours as often as possible, just to make sure they are ok and to see if there is anything you can to do assist. Please refer to the Yallambee Lodge Visitors Guide below for visiting restrictions. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
