The Evergreen Leadership Team is also supported by accomplished Board of Directors and a team of committed and caring health and aged care professional.
Helen brings 30 years’ experience across health, aged care and community services, including senior roles in for-purpose, private and government organisations. Her qualifications include an honours degree in Speech Pathology, a master’s degree in Business Administration and she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her focus is on the facilitation of excellent customer and business outcomes, with a view to transforming the experience of ageing in our community.
Ann has over 30 years of experience in health, aged care and community services, in roles such as Director of Nursing, executive and national management positions.
Her focus has been on governance to ensure compliance and support a standard of care that is consistent with best practice. You will feel her passion for our customers! As a registered nurse Ann holds a Bachelor of Health Science, a Diploma in Project Management and Six Sigma certification, equipping her well for the challenges in our industry.
Corporate Services Manager
Roy brings more than 15 years of financial and operations management, auditing and system administration experience across various not for profit organisations which includes tertiary institution, private health insurance and aged care. His qualifications include Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Science with Bachelor of Business (BSc/BBus) in Information Technology and Accounting. Roy is a member of CPA Australia since 2011. His focus is to build an in-house finance team, and efficient and effective service delivery.
Carly Aliberti joined the team as HR Coordinator in February 2019, replacing Nat Martorano. She brings 9 years’ experience in HR and Talent Management and a passion for excellence.
Senior Customer Care Officer
Michelle Croft commenced as Customer Care Coordinator in June 2019, managing sales of retirement units and admissions to the residential aged care facility. Michelle has 10 years’ experience in Aged Care, and 5 years in not for profit organisations, in fund raising and service development.
Steve Kane has worked at Evergreen for 32 years as the Maintenance Manager. Steve and his maintenance team ensure that the Evergreen property is always looking its best.
Quality and Compliance Manager
Debbie joined Evergreen Life Care in November 2019 working as the Quality and Compliance manager.
Previously Debbie worked as Manager of Clinical Governance for the Central Coast Local Health District. Debbie has worked in Health for 39 years in a number of Nursing and Managerial positions. Her qualifications include a Master of Applied Management -Health, Post Graduate Certificate of Intensive Care, Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Consumer Engagement, Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Certificate in Human Resources.
Debbie is passionate about consumer engagement and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
