Volunteer Aged Care Central Coast

The Volunteers or Evergreen Life Care make an invaluable contribution to our organisation by donating their time and generously sharing their skills and expertise to benefit residents, clients and our organisation as a whole.

Whether it’s assisting residents with gardening or simply sitting down for a chat, every single one of our volunteers contributes to the lives of our residents and clients in a positive way.

Currently looking for volunteers in the following roles:

  • Bus Driver and Gardening
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Music
  • Pet Therapy
  • Social visiting
  • Dining/hospitality
  • Gardening
  • Bus Driver

Evergreen Life Care currently has a number of volunteers across its different services. We have volunteers who are retired, care for family, work, study and go to school and we truly appreciate the effort every one of them makes to take the time out of their busy schedules. We are always willing to have more friendly faces join our team!

The range of support, assistance and tasks volunteers are involved in varies and can often depend on the individual skills you have and can bring to our organisation or the current opportunities we have advertised for volunteers.

We have volunteers who teach residents  how to use the internet, some play the piano or coordinate activity programs, some assist with  games and outings, and others simply sit and chat with residents about news and current affairs.

Evergreen Life Care regularly advertises volunteering positions and applicants are asked to apply for these roles. Volunteers are valued just as highly as staff. All volunteers must  be willing to complete a National Criminal History Record Check prior to commencement.

If you think you have skills which could benefit our organisation, please  call on (02) 4349 2300 for further information or send a email to [email protected]
