Coast Home Help Aged Care is Evergreen Life Care’s community service organisation, which provides vital care and assistance to the community, of all stages, lifestyles and backgrounds.

Our committed and friendly staff offer a helping hand to clients requiring care or support in a variety of areas, including domestic and social support, transport, respite and intervention, dementia specific care, disability assistance and much more.

Central Coast Home Help’s services can range from one hour per week to 24 hours 7 days a week, depending on the needs of each client. We also have a 24 hours emergency contact on hand to ensure that care and support is always available.

Our other community service organisation, Coast Home Maintenance provides house and garden maintenance support to families and individuals throughout the community.

Corona Virus Update
Following recent community transmission of COVID-19 in Sydney Metro and Central Coast, the Department of Health has advised aged care providers to pause visiting for two weeks from 29th August 2020. Exemptions may be granted in exceptional circumstances only through the Facility Manager or Care Manager. Residents and families can book assistance with a video calls during the usual visiting hours 11am – 3pm on Weekends and 11am – 5.30pm weekdays. Staff are wearing surgical masks and following strict COVID-19 precautions. Resident outings other than for essential medical appointments are considered high risk, however, dining and social activities will continue for residents within the lodge.
