Retirement Living Fees

We recognise how important it is to understand the costs of moving, so our transparent approach assists in making those important decisions. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly team.

Entry Contribution

Yallambee Village operates under a loan/licence agreement. New residents pay an upfront purchase price and get a licence to live in their home and may use all of the Village facilities. Purchase prices vary depending on the layout, aspect and inclusions of each home. To make things easy for you, Evergreen Life Care retains ownership of the property throughout the licence and our team will manage the refurbishment and resale of the apartment when you or your loved one departs the retirement village.

Deferred
Management Fee
When you leave Yallambee Village, you pay an exit fee (otherwise known as a deferred management fee). This payment is deducted from your initial purchase price. This fee helps us to continue to improve our infrastructure and community facilities, and the refurbishment of your apartment when you depart. This makes buying into Yallambee Village more affordable for everyone, allowing more money to be left over for residents to enjoy their retirement.
Weekly Contributions

Our residents contribute to the day-to-day operating and maintenance costs of Yallambee Village through weekly payments. This contribution covers services including the Vitacall emergency call system, gardening and cleaning in common areas, Village & Community Centre Management, building insurance and council rates, water and sewage costs. Residents pay for their own telephone service, internet, electricity, and contents insurance.

For more information on the pricing and availability of apartments, please contact our helpful team who can assist with any questions.
