Cindy joined Evergreen in July 2023, bringing over 20 years of nursing experience and a heartfelt dedication to quality care. Her journey began as an Assistant in Nursing, where she discovered her passion for healthcare. Since then, she has built a strong clinical background in Critical Care and Education, and spent the past decade leading Clinical Governance in hospital settings, including roles as Director and Deputy Director.

With extensive knowledge in accreditation, quality, incident response, and risk management, Cindy plays a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care. Her commitment to excellence ensures that every Evergreen resident receives the expert support and genuine compassion they deserve.
