Denise is a non-executive director and chair of governance and advisory boards and committees. She coaches CEOs, directors and business owners, and advises boards on governance and strategy.

Denise has a Bachelor of Economics (Sydney), an MBA (AGSM), and an International Governance Certificate from INSEAD. She is a Fellow of the AICD and an Honorary Fellow of the University of Sydney.
