Marie became part of the Evergreen team in 2019 as Care Manager and stepped into the role of Facility Manager in 2022. With more than nine years of experience in the aged care sector, as both a Registered Nurse and Assistant in Nursing, Marie brings deep clinical insight and a compassionate approach to her work.

Her career also includes international experience in Infectious Disease and Oncology wards, giving her a broad perspective and a strong foundation in delivering specialised care. Marie is dedicated to upholding the highest standards and is genuinely passionate about improving the lives of our residents every day.
