Sarah has been a valued part of the Evergreen community since 2006, starting her journey as a carer after completing her Certificate III in Aged Care Nursing. With a natural gift for supporting others, Sarah quickly stepped into leadership roles: first as a Nurse Trainer and Trainee Supervisor in 2008, and then progressing through positions including Care Team Leader, Educator, and Quality Systems Coordinator.

Now working in Human Resources, Sarah brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a heartfelt understanding of what great care looks like. Her passion for people, combined with her practical knowledge, helps shape a supportive and positive workplace.
